Do I have to purchase a Content Management System?
No. We can custom build you a web site to load on your personal server.
Can you help me purchase a domain?
Yes, we will be glad to help in purchasing your domain name (URL).
Can I use my own domain with your CMS?
You sure can! When you contact us to setup your CMS account with us, we will assign you a placeholder domain (ex: www.yourdomain.brewdesignscms.com). This way you can access and administrate your site. When you are ready, you can assign any domains that you own to your web sites from the administrative side of the site. You can read more information on how to do this in the help section of your CMS site under "Domain Names".
What about the web design, can I use my own design?
Yes, you can use your own design. Just send it to us and we will convert it for use on our Content Management System via our
Starter Web Solution for $495.
Do I have to use my own web design?
Of course not! You can use one of our read-to-go
CMS Templates. When you
sign up, just tell us which one you would like to use and we will have it running on your site when your account is setup.
Am I allowed to edit one of your design templates?
You sure can via FTP where you have access to all the template files. But remember, if modifying the HTML/CSS/JS, creating your graphic files, and uploading them back to the server is intimidating, we will always be happy to do this for you. Check out our

How does the billing work on your hosting plans that are not FREE?
When you sign up with us, we will bill you for the first two months of hosting in advance, then we bill on a monthly basis, the first of each month, via electronic invoice per the pricing plan you select.
Do I have to sign a contract or can I cancel at any time?

I have outgrown my current subscription and need more pages. How do I upgrade?
We will be glad to upgrade your subscription. Just
contact us and let us know which one you would like to upgrade to.
Does it work on both a PC or a Mac?
Yes! It’s an online application so it will work on either OS. All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser.
Will your CMS system work on my own servers?
No. Our Content Management System is only available as a web-based, hosted application. If you need a web site built to run on your personal server, please check out or

Will my CMS web site be secure?
Yes. It resides in a tier four data center facility located at the Infomart Telecom hotel in Dallas, TX. This is the largest internet hub in the southern US. It features multiple redundancies on all critical systems.

What about email for our web site?
Unfortunately at the present time we can not provide your email service. We do recommend Google's email service. We actually use it ourselves. It has really great spam blockers and it’s FREE and easy to setup! If you don't feel comfortable setting it up, we will be happy to help you.
What can you design and print?
Here’s a brief list of what we can print: business cards, letterhead, envelopes, holiday cards, invitations, flyers, large format sign age, car wraps, decals, t-shirts, polo's, hats, wallpaper, photo books, stickers, etc. If it can printed, we can probably do it.
How long does it take for you to design our print job?
Due to the wide variety of print work we are capable of doing, it is hard to give an exact time frame for the completion of your print design. Things like business cards, invitations, letterheads, etc., will usually take one week or less to design. Let us know when you need your print design completed and shipped and we will let you know if we can do it in your time frame.
How does your design process work?
We start by asking you questions about what you are wanting out of the design. Everyone has their own taste of what they want their design to look like. Once we have talked with you and get an idea of what you are wanting, we can start designing and very soon will have a proof for you to look at.
What is a proof?
A proof is our way of making sure we have the design to your liking. We need you to approve the type settings, positioning of the design, etc., before we consider the job complete. We will provide you with the proof electronically.
Do you use templates in your print designs?
No. We work with you to design a one of a kind print design.
